Our Talent team is expanding with the growth of On, and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join us as a Director of Total Rewards & Talent Operations. This pivotal role combines strategic leadership and innovative HR management. You will influence total rewards and global mobility strategies, ensure global Talent Operations alignment, and oversee EMEA Talent Operations & Lifecycle support.
Your Mission
Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to teams in Total Rewards, Global Mobility, EMEA Talent Operations, and EMEA Talent Lifecycle.
Lead cross-functional projects to deliver operational excellence and a seamless Talent experience.
Evaluate and improve workflows, focusing on automation and efficiency in Payroll, Rewards Ops, Mobility, Fleet Management, and new entity or Retail Store setup.
Assess mobility programs and practices, considering tax, social, and legislative changes to provide premium service.
Support the Total Rewards team in defining global compensation and benefits strategies.
Oversee efforts between Total Rewards and Talent Operations to ensure alignment and collaboration, especially in year-end processes, benefits, and equity plans.
Contribute to On’s retail growth by guiding Total Rewards and Talent Operations setup for scaling.
Set strategic priorities annually to support On’s long-term goals.
Build strong relationships with Talent leadership, BPs, TA, and external partners.
Your Story
8+ years of experience leading teams in Compensation & Benefits, Global Mobility, and Talent Operations.
Experience leading multiple teams in an international, hyper-growth environment, preferably listed in the US.
Knowledge of equity awards and tax implications.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong data analysis and structuring skills.
Excellent project management, resourcefulness, and flexibility.
Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
Effective communication skills to illustrate benefits' value.
Ability to navigate global and regional dynamics, balancing alignment and autonomy.
Capability to use process and structure as enablers of innovation.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to scope changes.
