Profile Today, you are a commerce employee, ideally complemented by a federal certificate or diploma in X/finance/ Confirmed experience (min. 5 years) in accounting for real estate clients, including 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge in property accounting, PPE closures, and budget management. Comfortable with tools (advanced Excel, real estate software or ERP types like Abacus, Quorum, ImmoTop). Leadership, rigor, customer service orientation, and a strong capacity to communicate in German and/or English.
