At the same time, you support the marketing actions of the establishment to promote our services and enhance our visibility. Your responsibilities: Welcoming and providing information to clients Managing check-in and check-out procedures for hotel guests Handling emails and phone calls Providing information about the services of the establishment and local attractions Conducting cash transactions (selling pool, wellness entries, and processing payments) Supporting certain tasks in marketing and the management of the marketing department: Assisting in the implementation of marketing actions and managing content for the website and social media Helping to highlight offers, events, and the resort Supporting promotional campaigns and materials. Your profile: CFC in business administration, tourism, hospitality or equivalent qualification Interest or experience in marketing and sales in a hotel establishment: an asset Proficient in written and spoken French and German, English is an advantage Good mastery of digital tools and social media Knowledge of Mews, xplan, WordPress and social media management: a plus Excellent communication skills and a sense of customer service Availability: work on weekends and during the week Dynamic, organized personality with the ability to work in a team and a sense of responsibility.
