# **A Day in the Life**
Medtronic is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of the CDS marketing plan across Western Europe, in collaboration with product managers and market development managers. In the role, you report directly to the Business Director, Western Europe, and are part of the extended global commercial marketing team
Our ambition is to drive a new era of personalized medicine by empowering care providers and patients with actionable insights to conquer chronic diseases. The business has evolved from diagnostics to monitoring and will expand to disease management. Currently we address the needs of unexplained syncope patients, cryptogenic stroke patients and atrial fibrillation management.
*Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** Define and promote the value proposition for the CDS portfolio, including LINQ, LINQ II with AI, and additional services, ensuring a strong co-positioning strategy across Western Europe, oversee impactful campaigns, particularly around the AI-driven LINQ and LINQ II launches, driving alignment between marketing, product management, and sales teams, collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure Western European needs are prioritized and represented within the broader global marketing agenda.
