We are looking for Team Leader in Client Investment Reporting who will take ownership of producing high-quality, compliant client reports while leading a skilled operational team.
YOUR CHALLENGE
* Lead and manage a team responsible for the daily production, quality assurance, and delivery of client investment reports, including portfolio valuations and performance analyses
* Ensure all reporting activities are accurate, timely, and fully compliant with internal policies and external regulations
* Implement and monitor quality controls throughout the reporting process to protect data integrity and minimise errors
* Serve as the primary contact for front office teams, managing inquiries, service requests, and escalations efficiently
* Plan and allocate team workloads to ensure optimal performance, especially during peak periods and month/year-end cycles
* Coordinate the integration of new products and regulatory updates into reporting processes, working closely with Product, IT, and Compliance teams
* Drive continuous improvement by streamlining workflows, automating manual steps, and enhancing process scalability and efficiency
* Promote team development through regular coaching and feedback, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge databases and providing training to stakeholders
YOUR PROFILE
* Leadership & People Management: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop professionals in a results-focused environment; experience in performance management and conflict resolution
* Professional expertise: Deep understanding of securities, investment performance measurement methodologies, and associated reporting disclosure requirements and standards
* Operational Excellence: Strong track record in managing mission-critical operations with zero tolerance for error; deep understanding of internal controls and risk mitigation
* Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with client advisors, managers, and cross-functional partners
* Analytical Thinking: Comfortable working with complex financial topics related to investment products, identifying root causes of issues, and proposing sustainable solutions
* Project & Change Orientation: Ability to drive the adoption of change and manage associated risks, ensuring smooth implementation within an operational environment
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; proven experience with investment reporting platforms
* Languages: Fluent in German (written and spoken); proficient in English
