Senior Finance Systems Analyst position at Zurich, focusing on SAP ledger operations, interface management, and driving system improvements within the Finance Systems team. Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations and month-end close processes within SAP ERP.
* Provide technical support for general ledger processes, reconciliations, and system issues.
* Monitor and optimise automated processes; manage change requests and incidents.
* Collaborate with global support teams to implement system changes and enhancements.
* Support BAU initiatives and contribute to finance transformation projects.
* Engage in user acceptance testing and system integration testing.
* Drive continuous improvement across finance systems and processes.
Qualifications
* Strong experience with SAP (essential), particularly in general ledger and finance closing processes.
* Exposure to automation tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Alteryx) and Snowflake is highly regarded.
* Familiarity with forecasting/planning tools like Anaplan or Workday Adaptive.
* Insurance industry experience is a plus.
* Ability to work flexibly across time zones (occasional evening calls).
* A proactive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute broadly.
