Capital Investment Project Expert - Bioconjugates Process
The role of a Capital Investment Project Expert in Bioconjugates Process involves providing critical expertise to projects related to the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes. As part of this team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all aspects of project execution are aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert guidance on the feasibility studies for capital investment projects, ensuring alignment with our company's strategic objectives.
2. Evaluate and assess the design of manufacturing units, guaranteeing optimal performance and efficiency.
3. Deliver all inputs required for the suite and equipment design, supporting all commissioning and qualification phases.
4. Owning the implementation of relevant GMP documents for the respective area.
5. Ensure timely delivery of inputs required for specific projects from a process and GMP standpoint.
6. Promote permanent optimization of the project to achieve best-in-class results.
7. Lead the execution of assigned products/projects, prioritizing quality, cost, and safety considerations.
Requirements:
1. A Master's or PhD degree in Bioconjugation, Biotechnology, chemical engineering, organic chemistry, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
2. Candidates must have over 5 years of solid industrial experience in biopharma manufacturing, preferably in the area of BioConjugates or DSP (Mammalian or Microbial).
3. Experience handling CAPEX Projects is essential.
4. Excellent communication skills for interaction with customers and within the project organization are mandatory.
5. Proficiency in English is required, while knowledge of German is considered an asset.
6. Candidates should possess creative, agile, and open-minded qualities.
