As a Lean Manager, you will lead the Operational Excellence (OE) roadmap, enhance culture, implement Business Management Systems (BMS), and boost performance. This role involves delivering and supporting complex projects within the designated site or asset.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the BMS Rollout:
* Maturity assessments
* Functional teams maturity improvement targets and roadmaps
* BMS standards and tools SME
* Mentor lean leadership
* Enhance CI culture by implementing elements such as 6S, Standard Work, VSM, and problem-solving
* Share best practices across networks
2. Drive Performance Improvements:
* Establish key metrics and prioritize projects aligned with BU and site goals
* Improve workshops facilitation and problem-solving consultancy
* Priority project methodology support for business targets
* Manage key cost-saving projects
3. Lead Cross-Functional Projects:
* Apply expertise in manufacturing, OE, and project management
* Identify opportunities and develop strategic plans through end-to-end diagnostics
* Timely and quality project delivery
* Support ORCA project
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's preferred
* Studies in Industrial Engineering, Science, Engineering, or related fields
* Extensive Lean Six Sigma experience; pharma experience is a plus
* OE and manufacturing process experience
* Proven cycle time, changeover, and downtime reduction project experience
* Strong change leadership and collaboration skills
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Structured work approach
* Fluent in English; German skills are a plus
