Job Scope
The Sales Account Manager (SAM) will implement sales and marketing strategies for GenScript's product/service lines to meet sales and profit goals in Switzerland. The SAM will leverage their knowledge and contacts to expand and deliver profitable initiatives.
Main accounts include Biotech and Academia.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for products, services, new markets, and applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure business in competitive situations.
Share market insights and customer feedback with management, sales, and marketing teams.
Use CRM to manage sales pipelines daily.
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
Key Qualifications
Master's degree or higher in a life science discipline with laboratory experience.
At least 2 years of commercial experience in life sciences.
Knowledge of Biological and CRO markets, especially Gene Synthesis, Protein, Peptide, Antibody, or Cell Line products/services.
Fluent in English; German or French is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
Willing to travel at least 30%.
