Responsibilities
1. You will join the Process Engineering Team working in a highly regulated, safety-critical domain - The environment demands rigor, adaptability, and collaboration to ensure compliance with European regulations and industry standards
2. You will play a key role in shaping processes and documentation that support complex engineering systems and product transformation
3. Work autonomously in the Process Engineering Team to structure and implement processes and documentation, while justifying compliance against (EU)2023 /1768 and 1769
4. Write Operational Instructions (for defining how-to perform process operations) referred in the Processes
5. Enhance and manage engineering documentation templates (plans, requirements, architecture, standards, test cases & procedures description, manuals) providing guidelines for the teams ensuring a maximum compliance to reach objectives defined in ED-153 and ED-109A
6. Support the Engineering Products Teams transformation to align the Products with the Processes and Outputs
7. Prepare and provide training to the Engineering Teams for Processes application
Profile
8. Solid experience in a safety critical domain or equivalent with strong regulatory constraints
9. Proven technical skills in the field of Software Engineering for complex Systems (made of many subsystems using complex integration)
10. Demonstrated experience in building engineering documents templates and supporting teams for their usage
11. Experience in preparing and providing training for applying Engineering processes
12. Adaptable, autonomous, rigorous and a strong team player
13. Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and utilize time effectively
14. High analytical capacity, and you can understand complex systems in a safety critical domain
15. Good knowledge of source control using GitHub
16. Experience in software development for air traffic control domain or other areas with real-time and security requirements, as well as experience with standards such as ED-153, ED-109A, ED-215 or DO178C are major advantages for this position
17. Having participated in Product transformations to be certified in a regulated framework interacting with EASA is a major advantage for this position
18. Fluent written and spoken English and French are required; German is advantageous
