You provide quality advice to retail customers in the basic X range and on investment products (3a account, Cleverinvest, Execution Only). You develop the existing customer base through standardized and targeted sales campaigns (cross-selling). You ensure the follow-up and proper execution of client transactions (coverage of debits, transfers, securities transactions) in order to offer them quality service within the stipulated deadlines. You provide basic support for payments, CleverCircles, eLounge, and electronic channels. You ensure compliance with internal procedures to meet regulatory and compliance requirements, thereby contributing to the proper functioning of the workplace as a Client Manager (100%). You have a banking background, ideally with a continuous career in the banking or financial sector, and you have several years of professional experience in customer service. You are a positive person who places great importance on teamwork and enjoys interacting with our customers. You demonstrate commitment, discretion, and are accustomed to working rigorously and autonomously.
