Become part of the VETEMENTS team as a Commercial / Wholesale / Sales Account Specialist. You will be responsible for managing designated wholesale accounts in the luxury fashion segment, including boutiques, department stores, and online stores, ensuring positive relationship development, timely merchandise deliveries, successful performance, and proper brand representation.

Main Responsibilities
* Communicate directly with the commercial team, international buyers, and store owners regarding commercial issues.
* Assist international buyers with order building, placement, system entry, and confirmation.
* Maintain contact with buyers to inform about merchandise availability, share financial documents, trace payments, and coordinate with the warehouse.
* Build and nurture relationships with international buyers to ensure proper offline and online collection representation, analyze sell-through data, and facilitate reorders.
* Research markets to identify new retailers and potential partners, and evaluate current stockists.
* Monitor incoming payments, create shipping overviews, and prepare account statements.
* Collaborate with the production team on recommended retail prices for new collections.
Candidate Profile
* 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to manage time effectively and assess task urgency.
* Proficiency in professional software such as Joor, Le New Black, Zedonk, or similar.
* High proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian and French is a plus.
* Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
* Ability to analyze information and solve problems promptly.
* Willingness to grow within the luxury fashion commercial department.
* Open to taking on additional responsibilities like collaborations, negotiations, and partnerships.
This position is based at our headquarters in Zurich and does not offer remote work options.
