Context :
As part of the transformation of IT support services and the ambition to leverage AI-driven solutions, we are looking for an IT Project Manager with experience in AI implementations to lead the end-to-end deployment of an AI-powered chatbot solution.
The objective is to design, select, implement, and scale a solution capable of handling a significant portion of IT support tickets, improving user experience and operational efficiency.
This role requires strong project leadership, the ability to work with multiple stakeholders (internal teams and external vendors), and experience in structuring and delivering complex, cross-functional projects from scratch.
Mission Objectives
* Project Leadership & Strategy
* Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle from solution exploration to deployment and scaling
* Define project scope, objectives, roadmap, and success metrics
* Identify and evaluate potential AI chatbot solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
* Coordinate the implementation of an AI-powered chatbot for IT support (ticket deflection, automation, user assistance)
* Ensure proper integration with existing ITSM tools and infrastructure
* Work closely with vendors and technical teams to configure, customize, and deploy the solution
* Oversee testing phases, including functional validation and user acceptance
* Stakeholder Management & Communication
* Act as the main point of contact between business teams, IT, and external partners
* Manage expectations and ensure alignment across all stakeholders
* Provide regular reporting on project progress, risks, and milestones
* Facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions
* Planning, Execution & Governance
* Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables
* Monitor risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
* Ensure proper documentation and governance throughout the project lifecycle
* Track KPIs and ensure alignment with business objectives
Key Skills
* Strong experience in IT Project Management (end-to-end delivery)
* Proven experience in AI-related projects (chatbots, automation, NLP, or similar)
* Experience working with external vendors and managing cross-functional teams
* Understanding of ITSM environments and ticketing systems
* Strong planning, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to structure and drive projects in ambiguous environments (from scratch)
* Knowledge of Agile and/or hybrid project methodologies
Profile
* Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management
* Proven track record in delivering complex IT or digital transformation projects
* Strong organizational and leadership skills
* Ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders
* Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
* Fluent in English and German
* Position based in Switzerland
Nice to Have
* Experience in workplace management or end-user services environments
* Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar)
* Understanding of NLP technologies and conversational AI platforms
* Experience in large-scale deployment and adoption projects
* Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile…)
