Join our Customer Support team at InNuce Solutions GmbH, based in Hamburg-Ottensen since 2004, as a Customer Support Specialist (m/f/d). We develop innovative fleet management solutions and are a leading provider of cloud-based SaaS platforms for fleet operations. Your role involves:
1. Answering customer inquiries accurately and helpfully.
2. Resolving user problems related to our software, including technical and application issues.
3. Onboarding and training new customers to ensure smooth integration with our systems.
4. Creating detailed documentation and bug tickets for technical issues.
5. Conducting systematic software tests to ensure quality and usability.
Qualifications:
* User and service-oriented mindset.
* Experience in IT customer service.
* Solution-oriented and tech-savvy.
* Experience in fleet management or ticket systems is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Fluent in German and proficient in English.
