We’re building Switzerland's first industrial fresh, chilled pet food platform. The pilot is done – 8,000+ meals produced, real customers, strong unit economics. Now we’re looking for a co‑founder with a food science or animal nutrition background to take this to the next level.

A co‑founder who brings deep expertise in food technology, food processing, or animal nutrition – ideally with a current or recent connection to a Swiss university or research institution. Someone who is excited about building the R&D backbone of a category‑defining brand.

Process optimisation (pasteurisation, HPP evaluation, shelf‑life extension)

Fresh pet food is a CHF 12 B+ global market growing 15%+ per year
Switzerland has no industrial player in chilled fresh pet food – wide open space! Who you might be MSc or Ph D in food science, food technology, animal nutrition, or related field
Currently at or recently graduated from a Swiss university (ETH, ZHAW, BFH, EPFL, or similar)
Entrepreneurial mindset – you want to build, not just research
Comfortable with ambiguity and early‑stage speed
Bonus: experience with HPP, thermal processing, or pet food formulation Next steps
