CK QLS are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Export & Logistics Coordinator to strengthen our clients team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with international partners, and has a strong interest in logistics and compliance.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and oversee temperature-controlled air and road shipments across national and international routes
2. Plan and manage shipping activities in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients
3. Prepare and manage export documentation, including proforma invoices, packing lists, and dangerous goods certificates
4. Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
5. Process customs declarations using systems such as ExpoVit
6. Act as the central point of contact for all export-related inquiries within the organisation
Your Profile
7. Proven experience in export and/or import operations
8. Strong organisational and coordination skills with a high attention to detail
9. A proactive, structured, and independent working style
10. High level of responsibility and commitment to quality
11. Excellent German and good English language skills (written and spoken)
12. Solid IT skills; experience with SAP is an advantage
