Your Responsibilities
* Ensure stable operation of productive software solutions through maintenance, troubleshooting, and updates
* Implement changes and releases, including testing, rollout, and backup strategies
* Support the entire software lifecycle – from deployment to decommissioning
* Maintain and enhance technical documentation such as requirement specifications, architecture and design documents, and test specifications
* Collaborate closely with development teams, business units, and external partners, especially in software, electronics, mechanics, and control systems
* Contribute to quality assurance measures, including system and acceptance testing
* Advise business units on optimal use and further development of systems
Your Profile
* Completed degree (UNI/FH/HF) with a focus on software, systems engineering, or electrical engineering
* Experience in software maintenance and lifecycle management
* Familiarity with version control and ticketing systems
* Hands-on experience developing embedded software in C++
* Analytical thinking and solution-oriented work style
* Team player with strong communication skills
* Good command of English, both written and spoken
