Responsibilities Organization and management of the office / switchboard / reception
Preparation and follow-up of meetings
Organization of business trips, booking of flights, hotels and rental cars
Preparation of documents and research work for management
Invoice verification, preparatory accounting (travel expense control) and pre-accounting
Independent creation of evaluations and calculations in Excel
