We are looking for a Team Leader Support Applications (M/F) to strengthen the IT team of a major Swiss organization based in Geneva.
Tasks
* Manage and maintain several tools and applications used:
Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, Polarion, OpenText, and more.
* Lead a team of 5 engineers and oversee collaboration with external integrators and vendors.
* Ensure efficient and high-quality user support.
* Develop and maintain the toolchain roadmap.
* Drive overall efficiency by defining and enforcing best practices and standards.
* Enhance the toolchain by implementing and maintaining robust digital interfaces.
* Build and maintain a trustful relationship with end-users.
* Ensure regular follow-ups with integrators and suppliers.
* Track and manage costs against approved budgets, and prepare future budget requests.
Requirements
* Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of leadership experience in software/application management.
* Hands-on experience with end-user interaction and software configuration.
* Proven knowledge of at least one of the following tools:
Jira Cloud, Polarion, OpenText.
* Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and solution-oriented approach.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken, C1 level).
* French or German is a plus.

Recruitment Process

If we see a strong potential collaboration, we’ll invite you for a third meeting (ideally in person) to walk you through the employment contract we’re offering. Throughout the process, we’ll stay in touch via phone and email. You might also be invited to meet our internal teams or those of the client.4. Technical Test (for technical roles)
Please note: for technical roles, an online technical test is required to assess your skill level — particularly with programming languages and tools relevant to the role.
