Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
 1. Develop and execute brand assortment and pricing strategies
 2. Lead seasonal investment reviews with senior management
 3. Drive cross-channel alignment and segmentation strategies
 4. Partner with global stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment
 5. Benchmark performance against market trends and competition
Business Operations
 6. Monitor key business metrics (Sales In/Out, Gross Margin)
 7. Oversee seasonal calendar and milestone execution
 8. Lead line opening presentations and assortment planning
 9. Optimize inventory position across channels
 10. Define and communicate seasonal assortment needs to Global Merchandising
Team Management
 11. Lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams
 12. Foster a culture of innovation and excellence
 13. Drive business development initiatives
 14. Manage Open-to-Buy (OTB) and product planning
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
 15. 8+ years experience in Merchandising, Buying, or related fields
 16. Proven track record leading multi-level teams
 17. International business exposure (work/study)
 18. Strong retail operations and shop floor dynamics understanding
 19. Product presentation expertise
 20. Fluent English proficiency (additional languages valued)
 21. Advanced Microsoft Office skills
