Your Role
As Deputy Nursery Manager / Junior Centre Lead, you support the Centre Manager in the operational and pedagogical leadership of the centre. You combine hands‑on work with children with growing leadership responsibilities.
Your Responsibilities
Support the Centre Manager in daily operations and team coordination
Guide and support children in their development while organizing a creative and structured daily routine
Plan and implement educational activities based on our bespoke curriculum
Ensure high pedagogical quality and compliance with internal standards
Build and maintain trusting relationships with parents
Help create a safe, positive and professional working environment
Contribute to the ongoing development of the team and centre processes
This role offers the opportunity to grow into a full leadership position.
What You Bring
CACHE Level 3 Diploma (with or without Swiss recognition) or equivalent qualification
Experience in childcare and initial leadership experience (or strong interest in stepping into leadership)
Passion for early childhood education
Strong communication and organisational skills
Team spirit, reliability and a proactive mindset
