The position is open to Swiss and EU nationals, and to holder of a valid Swiss work permit Your main tasks
* Support of our international mobile operator customers for Comfone's IPX and roaming hub services
* Handling of customer inquiries for troubleshooting, service performance analysis and reporting
* Testing and documentation of customer services
* Monitoring of Comfone international networks (SS7, Diameter, GRX) and service systems (STPs, DRAs, roaming hub)
* On-call duty service for 24/7 emergency support
Your profile
* Good communication skills with sensibility to an international environment
* Technical education in telecommunications with knowledge of mobile networks
* Experience with SS7, Diameter, GTP, DNS protocols, and roaming technology
* English proficiency in both verbal and written communication. Other languages are a plus
* Team spirit and willingness to do on-call duty service
* Communicative, responsible and resilient individual with commitment
