Position Overview:
As the Head of E2E Value Chain for Cell & Gene Therapies at Roche, you will lead the strategic design and operations of patient-centric value chains, ensuring high-quality material availability, global clinical trial support, therapy delivery, and secure health data exchange. You will oversee a global team of over 60 employees and shape Roche’s technical strategy in this innovative space.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement strategies for clinical and commercial CGT products, focusing on personalized delivery and data security.
* Develop manufacturing network strategies, manage supply chain and patient operations, and prepare for clinical trials and launches.
* Lead cost and risk management initiatives, deploying orchestration systems and developing insights for cost optimization.
* Drive development of processes, systems, and technologies for future CGT portfolios, aligning investments and industrialization strategies.
* Create integrated strategies for materials management, lifecycle, and data integration within the pipeline.
* Act as an industry thought leader, advancing standards and digital approaches, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
* Address commercialization challenges, anticipate industry trends, and demonstrate collaborative leadership.
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering.
* 15+ years of experience in biotech/pharma, with strong supply chain management expertise in cell and gene therapies.
* Proven leadership in global organizations.
* Skills in collaboration, influence, decision-making, and results orientation.
* Ability to operate independently, handle ambiguity, and learn quickly.
* Understanding of pharma and biotech industry complexities.
* Change driver and high-performance inspirer.
