The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of work experience in international cooperation, with five years in a management position, and proven experience in strategic planning and project acquisition.
Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and intercultural sensitivity are essential for this role. The candidate should also be proficient in logical framework methodology and PCM tools, as well as participatory planning and evaluation.
Beyond technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of fostering collaborative relationships and driving results-driven teams.
