To support our Eleventy Shop team, we are looking for you as a Shop Assistant for the 2025/2026 winter season!
Key Responsibilities
A position in an Eleventy store involves sales and styling duties, with a focus on providing a luxurious customer experience based on Italian hospitality. Key responsibilities include:
Building customer relationships
Providing personal styling advice
Achieving sales targets
Maintaining the store's visual and operational standards
Processing transactions such as sales, returns and refunds
Inventory management
Assisting with store events
Communication and teamwork
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Completed training in sales or comparable training
Professional experience in a similar position in a comparable shop
Professional competence, creativity and attention to detail, as well as a very high awareness of quality
Structured and organised way of working
Keen interest in team-oriented work
Good German and English skills are a prerequisite; any additional foreign languages are an advantage
