To expand its team, FastCode S.p.A., a company within the TXT Group, is seeking a professional to join as a .NET Developer for high-profile projects based in Switzerland.
Role Responsibilities:
* Design and develop enterprise applications using the Microsoft stack;
* Perform evolutionary and corrective maintenance on both legacy and modern on-premise systems;
* Apply SOLID principles and design patterns to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code;
* Collaborate with internal teams and functional roles to analyze and gather requirements;
* Produce clear, detailed, and well-structured technical documentation;
* Actively participate in defining best practices and continuously improving development processes.
Technical Skills Required:
* Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET framework (.NET Framework and/or .NET Core);
* Hands-on experience applying SOLID principles and major design patterns (e.g., Factory, Repository, Dependency Injection);
* Familiarity with on-premise environments for developing enterprise solutions;
* Excellent knowledge of SQL Server: database design, complex queries, and performance tuning;
* Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps);
* Understanding of unit testing practices and continuous integration.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with WCF, Windows Services, or RESTful Web APIs;
* Familiarity with microservices architectures, including non-cloud environments;
* Ability to optimize server-side application performance;
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills;
* High attention to code quality, efficiency, and documentation;
* Proactive in collaboration and knowledge sharing;
* Detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable;
* Excellent communication skills, especially in international and multidisciplinary contexts.
