Ready to take cloud operations to the next level? As part of our Cloud Managed Services team, you will manage operations of customer environments, resolve incidents, and collaborate directly with our customer to deliver a market leading service. This role involves ensuring service compliance, identifying automation opportunities, and contributing to the development of Managed Services. Our team is spread across three locations—Zürich, Bern, and Crissier—and supports international customers from a wide range of industries. Our DevOps team is responsible for the future development of our platforms and the operation of the service. You will be working with technologies such as Azure, AWS, Windows, Linux, Git and Kubernetes.
* Manage operations of customer environments in Azure & AWS
* Proactively monitor and optimize customer environments for performance and cost efficiency.
* Resolve incidents and service requests (2nd / 3rd level support)
* Identify and implement automation opportunities for support activities
* Participate in the operational development of the service
Your profile
* In-depth knowledge of Azure, AWS, Linux, and container environments (Kubernetes)
* Experience with multi-OS environments (Linux and Windows)
* Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices (ideally Terraform)
* Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
* Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Elastic and Azure Monitor
* Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
* Ability to solve complex troubleshooting problems independently
* Completed university degree or equivalent training with relevant professional experience
* Business-level proficiency in English; fluency in German or French
