Technical Coordinator – Aviation Maintenance
Coordinate maintenance activities for the Part‑145 aircraft maintenance department at Basel EuroAirport.
* Monitor order status and raise any delays, technical holds, or parts shortages to management.
* Conduct thorough scope‑of‑work reviews for each incoming project, identifying gaps or ambiguities and communicating findings to management, sales, and the customer.
* Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance technicians and leads.
* Assist in training coordination and competency tracking for maintenance personnel.
* Review work packages and task cards to generate comprehensive parts and tooling requirement lists ahead of aircraft induction.

Your profile:
* Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
* Experience with specific aircraft types and business aviation.
* Background in MRO planning, technical operations, or quality assurance.
* EASA Part‑66 certificate is mandatory.
* Minimum 5 years of aviation maintenance experience on commercial or corporate aircraft is mandatory.
* Strong working knowledge of Part 21 and Part 145 is mandatory.

Maintenance Manager
Oversee daily base maintenance operations and shop functions at the Part‑145 department in Basel EuroAirport.
* Daily oversight of base maintenance operations.
* Daily oversight of shop operations (Cabin, SMT, Paint, Wheels, Avionics).
* Develop, promote, and enforce compliance with Part 145 requirements and policies.
* Promote safety and health requirements and policies.
* Responsible for hangar maintenance, housekeeping, and continuous shop floor improvement.

* Ensure correct application of certification basis, rules, and regulations in engineering outputs.
* Maintain effective communication with internal teams and the external engineering/production PART 21 team, Nomad shops, and project management.
* Act as mechanical production engineer liaison in the maintenance organization and with design organization.
* Support liaison activities within the PART 21 design organization.
* Prepare production work, liaison, and support tasks such as red‑line drawings and maintenance/shop change requests.
* Process and administer engineering manufacturing data (WOOD, BOM, drawings, traceability tags).
