* Lead the work on ensuring appropriate VF functions and brand teams have the applicable knowledge, training, and support to uphold their role in assuring product safety throughout design and development and throughout the production of a product to market placement.
* Work closely with the Product Stewardship Labeling Specialist and brands’ labeling teams to help implement labeling requirements.
* Ensure that all functional and performance claims made about brands’ products and materials are substantiated through appropriate testing or other validation methods.
* Develop and manage processes for EMEA legal requirements, including responses to REACH enquiries, reporting obligations, and member state-specific product registrations.
* Manage wholesale and retail inquiries regarding VF position and stance statements, product inquiries, and surveys/questionnaires.
* Develop and own a cadence for monthly and quarterly reporting/KPIs, telling clear, concise, and insightful stories from analysis to various internal and external audiences.
* Verify and validate test reports submitted by European Sourcing Office (ESO) vendors, engaging with testing laboratories (both internal and external), Quality management, and the brand development and merchandising teams to enable decision-making.
Skills for Success
