We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Headquarters in Pfäffikon SZ.
In this exciting role, you will focus in supporting the CHRO in all daily tasks and acting as single point of contact. Your personality and skills will be instrumental in coordinating meetings, preparing presentations and interacting with C-level. Your discretion and trustworthiness will be crucial in this role.
Your Responsibilities
* Act as turntable of information; inform and advise the CHRO about improvement potentials and relevant topics, e.g. people, organization, planning, etc.
* Extensive calendar management and follow-up on tasks and deadlines
* Take care of incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence
* Meeting the day-to-day administrative and organizational needs of the CHRO
* Manage complex travel arrangements
* Interaction with the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, direct reports of the CHRO as well as all relevant stakeholders
* Organize and manage meetings such as HRLT Meetings, HR Townhalls, European Forum Meetings, General Leadership Meetings, or similar
* Manage, coordinate or support HR projects by request of CHRO
* Prepare presentations and documents as needed
* Handling expenses and invoices
* Deputize and support other Assistants to the Executive Committee
Your Profile
* Commercial education (KV, HF, FH, Bachelor) with 3-5 years related experience in a similar role preferably in an international company
* Further education as Executive Assistant with Federal Diploma is a plus
* Very good organizational and problem-solving skills
* Precise, structured and independent working style
* Very fexible, resilient and team oriented
* Excellent time management skills
* Friendly and customer-oriented attitude
* Trustworthy and discreet personality
* Proficient in MS Office suite
* Fluent in written and spoken German and English
