You lead the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of quality-relevant tools such as CAQ system, SPC, FMEA tool, Problem solving and Deviation Process
You possess strong knowledge in Q methods, you expand, optimize and develop it continuously for company specific tasks. For example, SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan, APQP, 8D, Six Sigma methods
You lead the implementation in LMB of COT strategy with CAQ SW One-QSYS project
You are in charge of independent processing and management during the introduction of an ERP/ CAQ SW in the quality area
You set up performance indicators, cross-functional dashboards, and their digitalization to optimize decision-making processes and responsiveness on the various quality issues
You define, monitor, and report Key Performance Indicators to ensure the highest quality standards
You are responsible for projects and solutions aimed at improving the efficiency and productivity of industrial activities and teams on the production site (including budget, resources, etc.)
You construct regular reporting for management on ongoing projects, as well as escalate blocking points, critical issues and foreseen delays
Your Responsibilities

Your Profile
You have successfully completed your studies in the field of mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
You have completed technical training and further education, such as SW development and Industrial Automation
You possess a very good knowledge of a production (control) systems, project management, as well as a very strong IT knowledge of ERP systems
You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of production and/or QMS/ CAQ in a larger developing and manufacturing company
You are proficient in French and English (C1), whereas German would be an asset (B1)
You have advanced IT knowledge of MS Office, CAQ, SPC, Statistics, ERP and MS Project, while you are familiar with WAMAS
You are known for your team spirit and sense of responsibility. You work autonomously, with a clear understanding of leadership, and you are distinguished by your honesty and accuracy.
