Responsibilities Drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business.
Learn from our sales team and help build out our Sales Playbook and Tech Stack.
Educate and develop leads through inbound or outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and campaigns.
Identify and understand each lead generation process, support marketing activities, prospect touch-points, and the handoff to an Account Executive.
Generate email sequences and make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts.
Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.
Qualifications 3-4 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound role
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn
Ability to work autonomously and source solutions
Proven track record of achieving targets in a quota-carrying role
Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus
Entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset; strong writing skills for email copy and sequence campaigns
Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
Active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes
HR or Fintech experience preferred; startup experience and remote/distributed team experience preferred
Native/fluent in Hebrew and English
