In our Children’s World day care we look after and support children from 3 months until kindergar-ten entry according to an award-winning two-stage educational concept in German and English. We believe that each child develops at his or her own pace therefore we create an environment in which we accompany children attentively and support them in their individual development.
For our day care at the location Zug, we are looking for a/n
Montessori educator (m/f, commute 40 — 80)
Your main tasks:
Constructive and active cooperation with superiors, teammates and management
Implementation of the pedagogical concept
Planning and carrying out age-appropriate activities according to the weekly program
Proactive communication with parents
Co-responsibility for planning and conducting site meetings regarding the support and devel-opment of the children
Educational tasks such as the daily implementation of Montessori free work and the prepara-tion of the learning environment according to the developmental stage of the children
Support of the whole group as well as individual children
Exchange with all specialists regarding daily/weekly planning, topic-related activities, children’s observations
Organization of internal training ofthe staff in relation to the Montessori-freework (Montessori workshop)
Responsibility for the Montessori materials of the location
Administrative tasks
Your profile:
Swiss recognised Certificate / Diploma of ability as a specialist in care/education (e.g. FaBeK or young children’s education) or equivalent training
Montessori diploma (AMI)
Structured, service-oriented and independent way of working, high self-motivation
Open and responsible personality
Team player with good communication skills
Openness to different cultures
Native language or certified English language
