You will work closely with senior leadership, providing insightful analysis, strategic recommendations, and leading negotiations to ensure the successful completion of transactions.Spearheading end-to-end M&A engagements, including target identification, coordination of due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and integration planning.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including legal, tax, and financial experts, to deliver comprehensive advisory solutions to clients.Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the business services industry.Analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and risks for clients.Leading client presentations and preparing compelling reports to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.Mentoring and guiding junior team members, contributing to their professional development.Your Skill SetBachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
