We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Brand Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our brand vision.

Main Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute marketing plans in collaboration with the Director of Sales & Marketing.
">
* Manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
">
* Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and initiatives.
">
* Monitor market trends, competitors, and digital evolutions to propose innovative actions to enhance visibility and marketing performance.
">
* Manage digital channels: website, social media, online advertising campaigns.
">
* Create and implement an engaging content strategy.
">
* Analyze and optimize the performance of marketing actions using key indicators.
">
* Design and produce marketing materials (visuals, videos, brochures, newsletters, etc.).
">
* Validate and control all editorial content in French and English.
">
* Establish strategic partnerships to increase our visibility.
">
* Collaborate with internal departments (sales, events, F&B, HR, spa, etc.) to ensure effective communication.
">
* Manage relationships with external service providers (communication agencies, graphic designers, printers, etc.).
">
* Provide regular reporting to management and offer strategic recommendations.
">
* SUPPORT internal operations when necessary, in a spirit of collaboration.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in branding and marketing.
">
* The ability to develop a comprehensive marketing plan.
">
* Experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and managing paid campaigns.
">
* Proven experience in managing social media, preferably in the luxury sector.
">
* A strong network in public relations (PR).
">
* Excellent writing skills in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
">
* A creative mindset and proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing.
">
* Knowledge of website CMS - Webflow is a plus.
">
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage external agencies.
">
* Leadership, autonomy, strong adaptability, and team spirit.
">
* Experience in hospitality is an asset but not essential.
">
* A genuine passion for the hospitality industry is essential.
