Your responsibilities
* Booking of goods invoices, credit notes for foreign commodities EU (including IC) and local commodities
* Booking purchase discounts from local counterparties and foreign counterparties within EU and outside EU
* Compensation trade
* Analyzing and reconciliation of balances and settlements
* Preparation of correction notes
* Confirmation of balances and reconciliation of settlements
* Purchase order reconciliation, explanation of discrepancies
* Archiving documentation
* Reconciliation of RMA returns
* Performing three-way matching for non-trade and inter-company payables
* Running month end closing reports
Our requirements
* Experience in accounting
* Experience in handling A/P process will be an asset
* Bachelor's or Master Degree, preferably in finance, accounting or similar field
* Good knowledge of English language
* Experience with SAP system would be an asset
* Good MS skills knowledge, especially Excel
* Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Great attention to detail
* Good organization skills and a willingness to learn
* Proactiveness and improvements driver
* Teamwork spirit
