Human Resources Manager – Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR

Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee all HR operations for MCH Group Asia Ltd, ensuring full compliance with Hong Kong Employment Standards and alignment with global HR standards.
* Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, confirmation and probation management, performance reviews, and separation processes.
* Drive recruitment activities, drafting job advertisements, coordinating interviews, preparing offers, and issuing employment contracts.
* Act as the key HR business partner to management, providing guidance on people matters, employee relations and performance management.
* Serve as the primary liaison between global HR and the Hong Kong office to ensure consistency in HR policies and practices.
* Oversee payroll administration in partnership with external service providers and ensure accuracy and timely processing.
* Support annual salary review and bonus cycles in collaboration with global HR.
* Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Hong Kong employment legislation, market practices, and compensation benchmarks.
* Ensure accurate and confidential maintenance of employee records, leave management, compensation data and HR documentation.
* Oversee employee benefits administration, including MPF, medical insurance, leave policies and related vendor management.
* Plan and manage the annual internship programme, including coordination with recruitment partners and performance feedback processes.
* Support employee engagement initiatives and office‑wide activities.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
* Minimum 6–8 years of solid HR generalist experience, ideally within an international or matrix organisation.
* Strong working knowledge of Hong Kong employment law and payroll administration.
* Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle independently.
* Strong business partnering capability with the confidence to advise senior stakeholders.
* High level of integrity, discretion and professionalism.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
* Strong written and spoken English; Cantonese or Mandarin would be an advantage.
