Job Brief
Our team is looking for talented artists to help design characters for our desktop/mobile slots and table games. You will be responsible for conceptualizing game ideas, creating character designs based on project requirements, designing graphical objects, symbols, and icons, and developing animations for these symbols.
What We Expect
* Strong illustration and painting techniques
* Solid artistic foundation (understanding of colour, composition, and lighting)
* An artistic eye with a good understanding of dynamic lighting, form, and colours
* Good understanding of human and animal anatomy
* Participation in developing technical specifications for characters, accessories, and vehicles to facilitate animation
* Good knowledge of animation and motion
* Broad visual culture (architecture, design, movies, comics, games, etc.)
* Ability to handle ad-hoc tasks and projects when needed
Required Skills
* Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
* Experience as a game artist on slot games
* Understanding of slot/casino game audiences and what makes a game visually appealing and fun
* At least 3 years of professional experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Spine
* Creativity, organizational skills, resilience
Additional Skills
* Ability to work well in a team across cultural and professional boundaries
* Ability to inspire and motivate a team of creative talents
* Passion for video games and industry trends
* Highly motivated and dependable with excellent communication skills
* Knowledge in 3D modelling and motion design (promotion videos, character animation)
