We focus on evaluating MA projects in due diligence, pre and post completion. We conduct pre deal and confirmatory due diligence, execute large-scale enterprise wide integrations, and support complex divestitures and separations on a wide range of areas. /p /p p p p Zürich /p p by agreement /p p 100% /p p Advisory /p p Everyone welcome /p p ID: WD /p /p /p /p /p /article section id="impact-skill" p p h2bYour Impact /b /h2 ulliHelp our clients with dedicated support for transactions in a wide variety of industries and circumstances (acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures structured investments). /liliWork across the areas of buy-side due diligence, sell-side assistance and vendor due diligence, deal and negotiation support for both corporate and private equity clients. /liliCollaborate with other experts to develop a rapid understanding of the client's business and issues, and articulate your findings appropriately in order to deliver high quality reports. /liliWork in a diversified, international environment covering multiple areas and industries. /liliTeam up with a network of highly talented and knowledgeable experts. /li /ul /p p h2bYour Skill Set /b /h2 ulliBachelor's or master's degree and have a background in finance (CPA or CFA). /liliThorough understanding of financial accounting and reporting requirements in accordance with internationally recognized reporting standards (e.g. IFRS, US GAAP). /liliAt least 5 years of experience in providing financial due diligence and other transaction-related services to large companies and private equity fund clients. /liliFluent in English, any other language is a plus. /liliYou are energetic, proactive, able to empathise with clients and staff, and are enthusiastic about delivering value to clients. /liliFlexible and demonstrate willingness to conduct business travel for client assignments or business-related matters. /liliExcellent analytical skills and are experienced in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and additional analytical software tools (e.g. PowerBI, Alteryx) to analyse and present data in a meaningful and efficient way. /li /ul /p /p /section section id="benefits" p h2Your Benefits /h2 p p Hybrid Flexible Working Model Our work model enables you to spend part of your time working in the office and part at home (provided this is your preference) – unless you’re at your clients’ premises, which is of course always the priority.
