Summary

The Manager, Cell Therapy Operations and Account Manager (CTOAM) plays a critical role in coordinating the country-wide management of CAR T center onboarding in Switzerland and ensuring continuous updates of their capabilities according to state‑of‑the‑art standards. The CTOAM engages accounts, cultivates strong customer relationships, supports logistical needs, and manages a best‑in‑class CAR T center onboarding process while gathering market insights and monitoring relevant KPIs to optimize execution and customer experience.


Responsibilities

* Coordinate site‑specific process steps during onboarding, launch, and ongoing support of BMS’s cell therapies in all Swiss centers.
* Lead an organized onboarding process for selected centers in collaboration with cross‑functional BMS team members and site account stakeholders.
* Engage with not yet onboarded CAR T centers to evaluate onboarding needs and develop site‑specific plans with defined timeframes.
* Maintain frequent contact with site stakeholders to ensure customer voice is heard, issues are timely managed, and innovative ideas are developed to improve satisfaction.
* Provide ongoing contract management for the site, including existing contract renewals/addendums.
* Ensure all onboarding processes and capacity updates are executed within regulatory and legal guidelines.
* Act as the Site Champion, coordinating medical, marketing, regulatory, quality, market preparation, and market access projects at the site level.
* Implement brand messages and strategies for optimal patient selection and treatment results.
* Collaborate with CAR T centers to manage awareness, expectations regarding slot availability and demand.
* Monitor brand success and customer satisfaction through KPIs.
* Identify referral patterns, develop strategies to optimize access to cell therapies, and collaborate with field force to remove roadblocks.
* Coordinate and execute key projects in the assigned territory with national sales and market share targets.
* Gather insights for accurate demand planning at site level and support national slot allocation.
* Develop and implement account plans for CAR T treaters and key referrers and provide input to national brand strategies.
* Maintain consistent cross‑functional collaboration with Medical, Marketing, and Market Access teams to ensure a unified approach at accounts.


Core Qualifications

* Strong background in pharmaceutical industry, life science or medical/nursing.
* 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry, including account management, marketing, commercial or medical roles.
* Fluency in English and German, both oral and written; French oral communication.
* Strong project management and leadership skills.
* Self‑starter with excellent interpersonal, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
* Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven understanding of regional healthcare provider organizations and market dynamics.
* Thorough understanding of hematology markets and disease landscapes.
* Awareness and ability to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
