Your Mission
In this key position, you serve as the vital link between innovation and talent development. While actively working within the engineering team on technically demanding solutions for mobile hydraulics, you simultaneously bear primary responsibility for our talent development program. You ensure that today’s expertise is successfully passed on to the experts of tomorrow. Your Impact: You sustainably safeguard the technological excellence of our site.
Your Responsibilities
Talent Management: You assume overall responsibility for the training of our EFZ-certified Design Engineers—from recruitment through to successful graduation.
Strategic Training: You plan, organize, and continuously refine our training curriculum to ensure it remains at the cutting edge of industry standards.
Mentoring: You act as a coach and role model for young talent, coordinating collaboration with vocational schools and various specialist departments.
Engineering Support: You assist the core team with complex design tasks, applying your technical expertise directly to the product development process.
Your Profile
Foundation: You hold an EFZ certification as a Design Engineer and possess substantial practical experience in the field.
Pedagogical Drive: Ideally, you have completed a vocational instructor training course—or you possess the ambition to complete one with our support.
Personality: You are a natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a talent for inspiring young people.
Working Style: Structured, responsible, and committed to maintaining the highest quality standards in your own design work.
