For a temporary assignment of our client, the company Jabil Manufacturing in Le Locle, we are seeking a:
Quality Engineer
As a Quality Engineer, you will support manufacturing quality activities and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, product quality, and business continuity.
* Support the management of Non-Conformances (NCs) and CAPA activities
* Participate in root cause investigations and drive effective corrective actions
* Analyze quality data and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
* Coordinate and track corrective and preventive actions with customers and suppliers
* Develop, maintain, and improve quality documentation, inspection plans, and procedures
* Support internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations
* Work closely with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and other support functions
* Provide technical support and guidance on quality-related matters across manufacturing operations
Qualifikationen
* Minimum Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
* At least 2 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, or a related field
* Experience managing Non-Conformances, CAPA processes, and problem-solving activities
* Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory standards such as ISO, GMP, or similar
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality-related tools and methodologies
* Fluent French and English language skills, both written and spoken
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
