The Department of Women, Children, and Adolescents (DFEA) aims to provide quality care tailored to the needs of women at every stage of their lives and to the health issues faced by newborns, children, and adolescents from birth to the age of 16. For many years, the Department of Women, Children, and Adolescents has continuously developed cutting-edge expertise and centers of excellence in several specialties. As the Head or Chief – 100%, directly under the financial manager, you will manage and coordinate the admission center and the entire medical staff of the department. Leading a team of nearly 200, you will ensure the quality of reception and admission data across the three DFEA sites: Pediatric Hospital, Children and Adolescents Home, for emergencies ( /year), ( /year), and care ( /year). You will be accountable for the quality, completeness, and timeliness of processes and ensure the quality of the implementation of admission processes, and participate in the permanent bodies of the Finance Department and in commissions or project groups. You will manage or participate in numerous ongoing projects (structural tariff change).You hold a Bachelor's degree in management (HEC, HEG) or an equivalent qualification, along with a continuing education title in health institution management (CAS, DAS, MAS). You have 5 to 8 years of experience in a field related to reception and/or health, including several years in a role involving experience in a hospital or medico-social setting. You are proficient in French and have knowledge of English or another language (German is an asset). You are comfortable with institutional tools (GRECO, DPI, DPA, etc.). Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you demonstrate tact, courtesy, and discretion, while showing a high level of resilience. You stand out for your versatility and ability to adapt to varied contexts. You have excellent writing skills, a structured mindset, and proven critical analytical abilities. You are autonomous, have a sense of teamwork, and are comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders while being able to manage several files simultaneously in a complex and constantly evolving environment.
