Responsibilities
1. Manage operational orders and coordinate clinical supply shipments, including drop shipments
2. Ensure all shipping documents and licenses comply with country-specific regulations
3. Monitor shipments to guarantee timely delivery and proactively resolve disruptions
4. Maintain and update country-specific logistics requirements
5. Serve as the main point of contact for logistics-related inquiries from stakeholders and partners
6. Facilitate communication using dashboards, systems, and data analytics
7. Collaborate closely with site logistics teams, including warehousing, transport, and customs
8. Support global projects, system monitoring, and performance improvement initiatives
Profile
9. Vocational training or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a technical field
10. Experience in end-to-end clinical supply chain, logistics, or distribution
11. Strong communication and presentation skills in English and German
12. Proficiency with IT tools and systems (, customer portals, order entry platforms)
13. Ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally
14. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

16. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment
