SWISSto12 is one of the world’s fastest-growing aerospace companies, evolving from its pioneering use of 3D printing technologies for high-performance Radio Frequency (RF) products and applications to recently announcing the manufacture of entire geostationary telecom satellites, called HummingSat, that define a new category in space.
HummingSat is the world’s first commercial telecom GEO SmallSat developed in collaboration with the European Space Agency (ESA). Its uniquely compact size combined with highly capable telecom payloads allows telecommunications operators to deploy a cost-efficient, compact, and agile asset without sacrificing performance or security. HummingSat has been selected by Intelsat to build the I-45 satellite, by Inmarsat to build three I-8 satellites, and recently by Astrum Mobile to build the NEASTAR-1 satellite.
Job Requirements
* Rigorous, autonomous, and proactive working style with excellent working organization and ethics.
* At least 1-2 years’ experience in accounts payable.
* Solution orientated mind-set.
* Excellent communication skills and ease at working across different cultures and different levels of an organization.
* CFC or similar.
* Languages: French and English.
Job Responsibilities
* Process supplier invoices (PO and non‑PO) in the ERP system Business Central.
* Manage payment runs weekly.
* Reconcile vendor accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely follow‑up on outstanding items.
* Finance email management: replying to and managing emails.
* Handle employee expense claims in accordance with Swiss regulations and internal travel & expense policies.
* Support month-end, quarterly and year-end closing activities, including accruals, account reconciliations, and audit preparations.
* Collaborate with procurement and other departments to resolve issues and improve AP processes.
* Assist with system improvements, automation initiatives, and implementation of best practices in Accounts Payable.
* Participate in the billing to customers on a monthly basis.
* Collaborate on the Internal Control System implementation.

SWISSto12 offers a full-time contract. This is an onsite position based out of our Lausanne (Renens), Switzerland office and will require frequent travels to visit external partners and stakeholders as well as between our various office locations.
