KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Accounting & Bookkeeping Manage full-cycle bookkeeping Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Handle accounts payable and receivable Perform bank reconciliations 2. Tax & Compliance Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with Swiss regulations Ensure full adherence to the Swiss Code of Obligations Prepare and file corporate tax declarations Maintain audit-ready financial records at all times 3. Payroll Process monthly payroll Manage social security, pension, and insurance contributions Maintain employee financial and payroll records Handle expense reimbursements 4. ERP (internal training will be provided by the company) Fully manage and operate financial processes using Odoo Ensure data accuracy and system integrity Optimize and improve internal workflows within Odoo 5.
