As an bEngine Shop Engineer /b you will provide technical support for the Engine maintenance process (disassembly, inspection, repair, assembly and testing). You will collaborate closely with our internal departments and with engine manufacturers to find repair solutions. You will play a major role in technical investigations and engineering reports. /p h3Your tasks /h3 ul liLead and support technical failure investigations, root cause analysis, and problem‑solving initiatives within the engine maintenance process /li liProvide technical expertise for engine maintenance and piece‑part repair, ensuring compliance with EASA Part 145 and internal quality standards while balancing commercial and economic considerations /li liAssess, interpret, and integrate OEM technical data and customer requirements into work procedures to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency /li liCollaborate with OEMs and vendors to improve repairability, reliability, and overall performance of engine components /li liAct as the key interface between internal stakeholders, engine manufacturers, and customers, including participation in product conferences and technical discussions /li liDevelop, define, and continuously improve maintenance concepts, technical standards, reliability analysis, and maintenance programs for CFM56 and PW4000 engines /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liEducation (young professionals): University or FH (Master/Bachelor), HF. /li liFirst experience in aviation/engine MRO and/or manufacturing environment is an advantage /li liLanguage: Proficiency in English (Level C1) and German (Level C1) /li /ul h3We offer /h3 pWe offer an attractive position in a global and dynamic company.
