MSC has launched Program OneVision, led by MSC Geneva, to review their operations and information systems from a central point. Updating key concepts, technical components, and functionalities will enable this solution to become the standard MSC Group solution.
We have two open positions for IT Project Managers to work with the Program staff and offshore Application Development Teams, ensuring Business Requirements are met and projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
As an IT Project Manager, you will coordinate and facilitate the delivery of the OneVision Agency solution, an operational management IT solution for MSC Agencies.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Taking full responsibility for project deliverables.
2. Developing comprehensive plans and timelines.
3. Managing resource allocation and coordinating staff.
4. Defining and maintaining tasks and resource requirements.
5. Establishing trusted relationships with Business Owners and Experts to ensure their full understanding, participation, and commitment to the project.
6. Managing the project budget in man-days.
7. Adopting and promoting a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
8. Managing and documenting scope, planning, and budget impacts of potential Change Requests, and anticipating and managing risks in coordination with the Program Risk Management practice.
Profile:
* You hold the title of Project Manager, which is exactly what we're looking for. This role is not suitable for Program Managers or Product Owners.
* Minimum 4 years of experience leading IT projects, preferably software deployments.
* Understanding of PMO best practices.
* Relevant certifications such as PMI, Prince2, MSP are mandatory.
* Excellent communication skills at all hierarchical levels.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Highly structured and results-oriented.
* Excellent organizational and planning skills.
* Fluent in English (C1 minimum) or native speaker.
* Eligible to work in Switzerland, EU, or holding a valid work permit. No sponsorship available outside the EU.
