As a Solution Architect, you will shape and continuously enhance our global supply chain planning solutions, bridging business needs and IT capabilities with Kinaxis at the core.
100% office based. The position will be filled in Lachen (Switzerland) or Vienna (Austria), relocation only to Vienna.

Your main tasks and responsibilities
1. Owning end-to-end solution design for group-wide planning solutions at Octapharma, with a focus on Kinaxis
2. Leading Kinaxis Maestro initiatives and project delivery
3. Partnering with business process leads and super users to design, standardize, and optimize planning processes
4. Driving continuous improvement initiatives and managing change requests in daily operations
5. Acting as the primary point of contact for super users and overseeing application support
6. Managing and coordinating external consultants
Your expertise and ideal skill set
7. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
8. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain planning consulting
9. Strong knowledge of Kinaxis Maestro
10. Experience managing IT support operations and implementation projects
11. Fluent in English; German is an advantage
12. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, combined with excellent communication and presentation skills
13. Self-driven, with a structured and highly organized working style

Additional information (Austria only):
The minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) is EUR 4.270,14 based on 38 hours per week (full-time). As we strive to offer a salary that reflects your individual profile and qualifications, there is a willingness to pay above the minimum salary.
