We are looking for a dedicated Senior Trust Officer for one of our client.

Description
Key Responsibilities
* Independently manage a portfolio of trusts, foundations, and related corporate entities.
* Ensure full legal, regulatory and tax compliance for all administered structures.
* Draft, review and approve trust documentation, resolutions, minutes and banking instructions.
* Liaise with banks, asset managers, lawyers, tax advisors and other external stakeholders.
* Monitor financial transactions, distributions, contributions and asset movements.
* Prepare periodic reports for clients and internal management.
* Develop strong client relationships and provide proactive service and guidance.
* Supervise and mentor junior team members when required.
* Contribute to internal projects such as process optimization or system migrations.
Profile
Candidate Profile
* 5-7+ years' experience as Senior Trust Officer or in a similar fiduciary/wealth structuring role.
* Strong knowledge of offshore structures (trusts, foundations, companies) and regulatory frameworks (AML/KYC, due diligence, FATCA/CRS).
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with precision.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Languages: fluent French and English.
* STEP/TEP qualification is a strong asset.
